Bought a car two weeks ago. Still waiting for logbook. Once I bought car engine warning light came on. Called these guys back and they ignore my calls. Avoid this dealership. They do not care about customers.

Drove 9hr round trip on 1st December to look at a Jimny for my brother. He liked the vehicle and decided to purchase it left a deposit as the 4x4 system was not working and it needed wipers all round.Went the following Saturday(7th Dec 24) to collect and the wipers weren't done. It was decided to trailer the vehicle most of the way home as it's a long drive in a small car and easier for 2 people to swap and drive 1 car. Stopped in York to drive the last 1.5hrs home and it lasted 45miles before overheating.Called Bez and no answer. Took the vehicle back on Sunday(8th Dec)(apparently not open according to Bez, They are according to their website). Spoke to their 'mechanic' that stated he might have forgotten to check coolant and the radiator cap was faulty, tried to convince me nothings wrong. (I am a MOT tester and mechanic so didnt believe him and I checked levels before driving) Refused vehicle but Bez wanted to keep £700 for use. (Use was 45 miles) So it was agreed that if the vehicle was fixed it would be driven to me on Tuesday (10th Dec) then Thursday then Saturday and then Monday 16th Dec if not a full refund will be issued. On Monday nothing but got a hold of Sam to be told Bez is out the country for 2 weeks. Sam delivered the vehicle on Thursday the 19th of December. The wipers were replaced but they used 2 passenger side and left the rear and the passengerrear tail lamp was now cracked. The 2nd key which was only handed when vehicle was purchased was broken and had no microchip for the immobiliser so the key didn't work.Still no log bookRecommended avoiding.

I recently purchased a Mercedes C-Class from Heathrow General Cars, and the experience was fantastic. The car was delivered to my house in Northwood with no hassle, and I received regular updates throughout the process. Nazir, who delivered it, made sure I had all the necessary documents and even took me on a test drive to ensure everything was perfect. Seyar was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout. I honestly don’t understand the bad reviews must be from competitors. My experience was flawless, and I am definitely coming back in the future!
