I recently purchased a Mercedes C-Class from Heathrow General Cars, and the experience was fantastic. The car was delivered to my house in Northwood with no hassle, and I received regular updates throughout the process. Nazir, who delivered it, made sure I had all the necessary documents and even took me on a test drive to ensure everything was perfect. Seyar was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout. I honestly don’t understand the bad reviews must be from competitors. My experience was flawless, and I am definitely coming back in the future!

If you’re looking at purchasing a vehicle from this company, I would highly recommend it!Visited this showroom with my aunt to look at a VAUXHALL MOKKA for her, after her own vehicle was deemed beyond economical repair. As my aunt is a nervous driver, Sam allowed me to test drive the vehicle on her behalf. After further inspections and the test drive, my aunt went ahead and purchased the vehicle, it was great to deal with a showroom and salesman that didn’t watch over you or pressure you and allowed you to inspect the vehicle at your own time.The vehicle was kindly delivered to my aunt (May I add, it was delivered exactly an hour after she got home which was amazing) and was cleaned and given a full bill clean of health as promised when we bought the car.I deliberately left this review until now to post to make sure we had no issues with the car and I’m pleased to say that the car is running as new and everything is still fine and my aunt is still extremely happy with her vehicle.Thank you to all of the staff at HEATHROW GENERAL CARS Company!

Reconfirmed on text 'car ready for pick up'. Travelled a very long distance to find car parked behind at the back of many cars, took time to show us, test drive okay, then on further checks, alloys more corroded than shown remotely, headlights wouldn't turn on. Made us wait for 3 hours with repeated false promises to fix by onsite mechanic watching youtube videos on how to fix, tried borrowing lights and battery from other cars! Finally cancelled deal and walked away. Got deposit back though.

Good sales men, promising warranty on everything. Seemed to be helpful. Did not send off the V5C as promised. No paperwork at all given with car, not even a copy of the supposed recent mot. Car developed a dangerous rattling sound. Absolutely no response to emails or WhatsApp messages. Took car to my mechanic and dangerous and expensive fault with the engine. Do yourself a favour, do not get involved with these guys.

I DID A PART EXCHANGE WITH THIS COMPANY BACK IN DEC 23, THE CAR WAS DELIVERED I THE DARK BY A GUY DRIVEN DOWN NOT ON A TRANSPORTER, SO ADDING MILEAGE FOR STARTERWITH BRING DARK AND RAINING I DIDNT REALLY GET GET THE CHANCE TO CHECK THE CAR OVER, WHEN I DID I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE IT HAD A JAZZCUZI BUITL IN THE BOOT, A WHEEL WELL FULL OF WATER, THEN CHECKING THE SEATS AND FLOOR BEHIND THE SEATS MY CARPET WAS WET THROUGH, ON TALKING WITH HEATHROW CARS I WAS GODSMACKED TO HEAR THEM SAY IT MUST OF BEEN WHEN THEY JET WASHED IT, MUST OF DONE IT WITH THE DOORS WIDE OPEN, LOL, BUT ITS JULY NOW AND GUESS WHAT WHEN IT RAINS IT GETS WET THROUGH AGAIN, AND AGAIN, THEN 2 MONTHS LATER MY WATER PUMP WAS LEAKING , AND SAID MY CAM BELT WAS DUE AND NEEDED TO DOING WHILE THE WATERPUMP WAS DONE , COSTING OVER £500 SO ANOTHER BILL OUT MY POCKET , I ALSO HVE A OIL LEAKE UNDER THE ENGINE, OUT SIDE AIR TEMP DONT WORK , I DRIVE 6 MILES AND TYRE SENSOR GOES OFF, BEEN A AWFUL CAR FROM DAY ONE, THYE DONT HAD GOOD AFTERSALES JUST PALM YOU OFF WITH EXCUSES.ONCE YOU HAVE DONE THE SALE THEY DONT WANNA KNOW , THE CAR I EXCHANGED WAS ON THE WEBSITE THE FOLLOWING DAY AND SOLD THE NEXT. I WOULD NEVER TOUCH THIS COMPANY AGAIN, AND IF YOU KNOW WHATS BEST FOR YOU AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE DEEP POCKETS TO PAY OUR FOR REPAIRS. SHOCKING!!
